**Step 6:** In the online form, the current address will be displayed. Scroll down and enter ‘**Care of**’ (father’s name or husband’s name), enter the new address, select the post office, select the proof of address document from the ‘**Valid Supporting Document Type**’ dropdown list, upload the document and click ‘**Next**’.
